RULES OF THE RESORT

****ALL GUESTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN PILLOWS, ALL BEDDING, TOWELS AND WASHCLOTHES. ****    

1) We enforce quiet hours!!!  Most of us love having a few drinks and kicking back, but if you like to party all night, you will have to do it quietly.   We are a fishing resort, and we have early risers!!  Please be respectful of everyone!! 

Quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am.   Thank you!

2) Cabin renters only

When you register in office first thing when you get here:

Make sure you list your entire party members per cabin.  

After the fact of visitors showing up is not allowed unless you pay extra.   We need to know who is on our property at all times.

For example:  If your cabin sleeps 6.  Register your six members in your party immediately at registration.  But you are only allowed your cabin sleeping number.  If your brother or nephew for example is visiting mid-week, make sure that individual is on your register in the office when you first check in but this counts for your cabin sleeping.

Anyone not on your cabin register is not allowed unless they pay the fees and check in with the management.  We will not charge for anyone under 21 visiting but when they do visit, we still need to know who is on our property and who the parents or guardians are for any age under 21.

No extra visitors without checking in and paying the fee.  This goes for all cabin and all RV areas.  

EVERY SINGLE PERSON SETTING FOOT ON KINGFISHER RESORT, LLC PROPERTY MUST SIGN IN AND SIGN OUT.          

THERE ARE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH VISITORS.  

PLEASE PAY ACCORDINGLY.                       

Fees are as follows:

Cabin visitors - 

Daily - $10 per person per day (7AM TO 10PM) 

Overnight  -  $20 per person per night (7AM-7AM)

Extended visit  -  $50 per person (3 nights - 7 nights)

Camping visitors - 

Daily   -  $10 per person per day (7AM TO 10PM)  

Overnight  -  $20 per person per night (7AM-7AM)

Extended visit  -  $50 per person (3 nights - 7 nights)

If your visitors stay past 10 p.m. then he will have to pay for the 2nd day immediately.  Do not wait till the next day.

Secure drop box on wall in office available at any time.

3) No rentals for anyone under 21 years of age.   No Drinking Alcohol unless you are 21 years of age or above.

4) NO DRUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO SMOKING IN CABINS!!!!!!!

PLEASE PICK UP YOUR CIGERATTE BUTTS AND DISPOSE PROPERLY!!!  KEEP OUR RESORT CLEAN!!!!  

 We thank you so much for being considerate of our property.

5) **** ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO DO THEIR OWN DISHES.    WE DO NOT DO THEM FOR YOU.  IF YOU FAIL TO DO YOUR OWN DISHES THERE WILL BE A SIGNIFICANT UPCHARGE TO YOUR BILL FOR OUR TIME DOING THEM.****

Please do your dishes, pick up after your pets, pick up after your party members, no smoking in cabins, and no littering!

If you can help out with overflow garbage please do, there

 is a dumpster on the premises.  Please use it.  We surely appreciate any help given.

6) With the costs going out of our control.... we now are charging for Heat and/or Air conditioning. This is done to keep other costs lower for you.  $35 FOR ONE DAY OR A WEEK.   SAME COST.  MANDATORY FEE.

7) PETS - Dogs are welcomed.  There is a $75 charge for each dog per week (1 day or 7 days) per cabin.  Please be upfront with Chad on how many dogs you have.

  It is mandatory your pet is leashed at ALL times outside!  Please pick up their droppings and bag it and dispose of it in the big dumpster on site on the opposite side of the pump house entrance.

8) We reserve the right to change prices at any time without warning. (Always be up to date with updated costs)

9)  We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave at any time if we feel you are unsafe to other guests, out of control, executed theft of Kingfisher Resort, LLC property or other guests' property, being excessively intoxicated to the point you can't control yourself.  These are an only a few examples.

10) For all guests/visitors/renters of any sort: 

If management finds guests/visitors/renters of any sort have not paid, and are obviously trying to get away without paying, you and your friends will be asked to leave immediately.  No one here wants to be approached of not paying, this will be very uncomfortable for everyone.  Kingfisher Resort, LLC reserves the right to give a permanent band to anyone on the premises.

11) Due to our own business insurance policies, we require that All vehicles and RV's including trailers, boats, ATV, UTV, jet ski, snowmobiles, motorcycles, dirt bikes, mopeds, campers, etc... must have your own liability or full coverage insurance current (up to date), and in place when you are on Kingfisher Resort, LLC property, including dock areas.

12) Barron County wood only allowed on Kingfisher Resort, LLC property.   No other county wood allowed.   We do not want to have disease brought in and kill our trees!

13) Each cabin is allowed only 1 vehicle.  

Vehicle means car, truck, utv, atv, snowmobile, or horse.

All other vehicles including visitor vehicles, boats, trailers, atv and utv trailers must be parked in the overflow parking.   Park with a system so everyone can get to their property.   Do not block off someone.

Each RV renter may have vehicles by their campers but do not block off entry and exit of campers, trailers and vehicles from overflow parking area or exiting the resort. Have your visitors park in the overflow parking after registering and paying their fee.   We do not want you in the grass with your vehicles, please park extra vehicles in overflow area only.

14) Do not block owner parking by house or turn around that goes around the pump house.

15) The Kingfisher Resort, LLC reserves the right to revoke any or all privileges for any reason management seems fit to protect Kingfisher Resort, LLC property o

16) The Kingfisher Resort, LLC has NEVER had any theft here,

 we would like to keep it that way.  Your property is your own responsibility so if you feel uncomfortable make sure you secure your gear or whatever you have of importance.  This is your responsibility.  Theft issues will not be tolerated and will be turned into local law enforcement.

17) Deposits are non-refundable.

If you forgot something or need something, please just ask!!!
