At the Kingfisher Resort, LLC besides having cabin rentals and pontoon rentals we also have RV camping.
Yearly and overnight.
Sorry no tents allowed per our license.
Yearly camping is $2,246.00 per year
Includes:
1) Electric 30 amp and 50 amp services (use your own cord)
2) Water (use your own cord)
3) Direct tv ( or what ever management decides to provide )
4) Shower house use
5) Fish house use
6) Dumpster use for daily garbage on site ( no outside trash or debris )
7) Use of docks
8) One side of a dock for your 1 boat is for ACTIVE BOATS ONLY.
(Active boats= Boats that are being regularly used everyday.)
This means you can't take up dock space and not use a boat at all. You are expected to use your own boat if its on our docks.) If you are not using it please pull it out and store it in the overflow parking area. If I notice its not being used I will need it taken out and stored.
9) Please if you are able, pull your boat out if you will be gone for a week or more. This allows us personally to use our docks to our enjoyment. This is a fine example of a UNACTIVE BOAT)
We reserve the right to switch dock use as we feel needed. No one gets a specific dock for the whole year.
Please be courteous and respectful if asked to move your boat. Sometimes we have to move people around or squeeze other boats in so everyone can enjoy the resort.
Remember it is very nice and considerate of you to pull your boat out and leave it on your trailer in the overflow parking area if you will be gone for some time.

10) No sewer, renter must supply own sewage holding tank and have it pumped out
accordingly.
11) Each RV renter may have vehicles by their campers but do not block off entry and exit of campers, trailers and vehicles from overflow parking area or exiting the resort. Have your visitors park in the overflow parking after registering and paying their fee. We do not want you in the grass with your vehicles, please park extra vehicles in overflow area only.
This list can change anytime without notice.

1) All Renters must sign rental contract prior to RV camping or using all facilities.
You must provide proof of insurance on ALL of your properties you bring on the Kingfisher Resort, LLC premises. Please give all necessary info to Chad prior of RV Camping or utilizing the docks with your boat. Kingfisher Resort, LLC will keep it on file.
2) Your RV yearly rental is ONLY good for you, your partner, and your children under 21 years of age.
If you have any children over the age of 21, they are considered a visitor and must pay visitor fees.
3) All humans stepping foot on Kingfisher Resort, LLC property must register in the office immediately on your arrival and document your visit on provided paperwork.
4) NO DRUGS
5) We expect courteousness and respect towards us and other guests at all times.
6) No guests may use your RV/Camper, lot, parking, restrooms, boats, docks, etc... without RV lot renter being present or talking with management first with notice and paying appropriate fees associated with their length of stay.
7) Barron County wood only allowed on Kingfisher Resort, LLC property. No other county wood allowed. We do not want to have disease brought into our trees.
****Our insurance company is cracking down on us, so we have to stiffen our rules, the Kingfisher Resort, LLC thanks you for your courtesy, respect, and understanding!!
ALL VISITORS:
If you do not pay and/or are ignoring the rules and fees or if I must go find you and question anyone involved with you, you will be asked to leave immediately and IF THIS BECOMES THE NORMAL, the campsite you're visiting will be leaving also PERMANTLY.
Please give courtesy and respect to all cabin and RV guests when you are fishing on all the docks, please do not roam around or near cabins/RV if you were not invited.

CHARGES FOR DAILY AND WEEKLY FEES FOR ALL CABINS AND ALL RV SPOTS.
$10.00 DAILY per guest, 7 a.m. to 10 p. m.
$20.00 OVERNIGHT per guest, 7a.m to 7 a.m.
$50.00 WEEKLY per guest, 7a.m. first day to 10 p.m. on the 7th day. This is for anyone that stays 3 nights to 7 nights.
These are set hours and you cannot change them. Please visit in the allotted time frames to avoid the weekly fee.

The same rules above apply for ALL camping. All guests must register and pay appropriate fees according to their visit immediately. Payment is due upon arrival. Please do not wait days or even to the end of your stay. Please pay immediately. Thank you.
No one is allowed on Kingfisher Resort Property without registering and paying fees.
For example:
A 1 hour visit from a friend still counts as a visitor. Your visitor will need to pay the daily fee and register in the office immediately. No exceptions.
The last thing anyone wants is to be tracked down and questioned on payment, this is very awkward for both of us.

$180 per week. 7 days Check in at 2 p.m., Check out at 11 a.m.

7) Use of docks FOR FISHING ONLY. (If you need a dock space for your 1 boat, be sure to ask Chad if one is available prior to your stay)
Check with Chad if you can have an early check in or later check out. This all depends on other guests with prior reservations.
